To ensure we can give you that perfect one-to-one experience when you visit, we operate on an appointment basis at our fireplace showroom for visits on Monday to Friday.
Should you arrive without an appointment and we are with a client, we will respectfully ask you to book an appointment at another time, or come in on a Saturday when we are open all day and you don’t need an appointment.
